It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2352\">\n<p data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2352\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2140\">Usage Data<\/strong>\u00a0refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit, in-app feature usage, or crash reports).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2540\">\n<p data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2540\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2362\">You<\/strong>\u00a0means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2614\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"2616\" data-end=\"2645\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">User-Provided Information<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2647\" data-end=\"2944\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, bear in mind that you might not be able to utilize some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2946\" data-end=\"3194\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Service Provider may also use the information you provided them to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, or marketing promotions. Only coarse location data may be collected for analytics purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4258\" data-end=\"4344\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do third parties see and\/or have access to information obtained by the Application?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4346\" data-end=\"4618\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4620\" data-end=\"4844\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies about handling data. You may contact the Service Provider at\u00a0<strong data-start=\"9755\" data-end=\"9780\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:developer@zentrixa.io\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"9757\" data-end=\"9778\">developer@zentrixa.io<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to manage or cancel your subscription.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"6782\" data-end=\"6833\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"6835\" data-end=\"7105\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months and thereafter may be stored in aggregated form for analytics purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7107\" data-end=\"7437\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you\u2019d like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at <strong data-start=\"9755\" data-end=\"9780\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:developer@zentrixa.io\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"9757\" data-end=\"9778\">developer@zentrixa.io<\/a><\/strong>, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"7444\" data-end=\"7455\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Children<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"7457\" data-end=\"7764\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7766\" data-end=\"8164\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this information from their servers. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are provided to protect information we process and maintain. Access to information is limited to authorized employees and contractors who require it to operate, develop, or improve the Application.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8524\" data-end=\"8688\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Although reasonable security measures are implemented, no system can guarantee complete security.
