The service is provided as an Ad Supported service, and is provided \u201cAS IS\u201d. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and continued usage constitutes acceptance of any changes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"778\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"778\">Definitions<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"2550\">\n<li data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"908\">\n<p data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"908\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"820\">Account<\/strong> means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"1185\">\n<p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1185\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"924\">Affiliate<\/strong> means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where \u201ccontrol\u201d means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1275\">\n<p data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1275\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1203\">Application<\/strong> refers to <strong>Lip Pose<\/strong>, the software program provided by the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1563\">\n<p data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1563\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1289\">Company<\/strong> (referred to as either \u201cthe Company\u201d, \u201cWe\u201d, \u201cUs\u201d or \u201cOur\u201d in this Agreement) refers to ZENTRIXA STUDIO TEAM, ZENTRIXA TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, Apartment SH2-05 The Matrix One, No.1 Le Quang Dao, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi \u2013 Vietnam (VN).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1598\">\n<p data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1598\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1577\">Country<\/strong> refers to: Vietnam<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1714\">\n<p data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1714\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1611\">Device<\/strong> means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1757\">\n<p data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1757\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1728\">Service<\/strong> refers to the Application.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"2113\">\n<p data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"2113\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1780\">Service Provider<\/strong> means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2365\">\n<p data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2365\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2130\">Usage Data<\/strong> refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a feature interaction, voice translation session, image translation session).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2550\">\n<p data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2550\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2375\">You<\/strong> means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2232\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"2164\" data-end=\"2232\">What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2267\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2267\">User-Provided Information<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2269\" data-end=\"2474\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Application may collect information that You voluntarily provide while using the Service. Registration is not required to use Lip Pose. However, certain features may require access to device functions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2537\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">User-provided information may include, but is not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2539\" data-end=\"2895\">\n<li data-start=\"2539\" data-end=\"2608\">\n<p data-start=\"2541\" data-end=\"2608\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Photos or videos recorded using the camera within the Application<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2609\" data-end=\"2705\">\n<p data-start=\"2611\" data-end=\"2705\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Facial data processed in real time to apply filters, live effects, or interactive challenges<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2706\" data-end=\"2763\">\n<p data-start=\"2708\" data-end=\"2763\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Saved clips or images created using Lip Pose features<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2764\" data-end=\"2824\">\n<p data-start=\"2766\" data-end=\"2824\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Feedback, messages, or support requests submitted by You<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2895\">\n<p data-start=\"2827\" data-end=\"2895\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Optional subscription or premium feature information (if applicable)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2897\" data-end=\"3028\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All facial processing is used <strong data-start=\"2927\" data-end=\"2978\">only for real-time effects and content creation<\/strong> and is not used to identify You as a real person.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3035\" data-end=\"3078\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3078\">Automatically Collected Information<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3080\" data-end=\"3153\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Application may collect certain information automatically, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Device information<\/b><\/span>, such as device identifier, device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and application version.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Device identifiers<\/b><span class=\"s1\">, including <\/span><b>advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID)<\/b><span class=\"s1\"> and other SDK-generated identifiers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3212\" data-end=\"3274\">\n<p data-start=\"3214\" data-end=\"3274\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Application version, usage frequency, interaction patterns<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3275\" data-end=\"3345\">\n<p data-start=\"3277\" data-end=\"3345\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Camera usage events while using live effects or recording features<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3346\" data-end=\"3408\">\n<p data-start=\"3348\" data-end=\"3408\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">IP address and approximate location (derived from IP only)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3409\" data-end=\"3458\">\n<p data-start=\"3411\" data-end=\"3458\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Performance logs, diagnostics, and crash data<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3460\" data-end=\"3606\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This information is used to improve user experience, ensure smooth real-time interaction, optimize visual effects, and maintain Service stability.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3613\" data-end=\"3649\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"3616\" data-end=\"3649\">Camera &amp; Facial Effects Usage<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3651\" data-end=\"3707\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lip Pose requires access to the device camera to enable:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3709\" data-end=\"3872\">\n<li data-start=\"3709\" data-end=\"3755\">\n<p data-start=\"3711\" data-end=\"3755\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Live facial filters and funny face effects<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3756\" data-end=\"3816\">\n<p data-start=\"3758\" data-end=\"3816\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Interactive challenges such as Lip Fall or Celeb Lipdrop<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3817\" data-end=\"3872\">\n<p data-start=\"3819\" data-end=\"3872\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Recording short videos or taking photos for sharing<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3874\" data-end=\"4112\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Camera input is processed <strong data-start=\"3900\" data-end=\"3921\">in real time only<\/strong>. The Application does <strong data-start=\"3944\" data-end=\"3951\">not<\/strong> collect biometric identifiers, does <strong data-start=\"3988\" data-end=\"3995\">not<\/strong> perform face recognition, and does <strong data-start=\"4031\" data-end=\"4038\">not<\/strong> store facial data unless You explicitly record and save a video or image.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4119\" data-end=\"4194\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"4122\" data-end=\"4194\">Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4196\" data-end=\"4373\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No. The Application does <strong data-start=\"4221\" data-end=\"4228\">not<\/strong> collect precise GPS location data. You may contact the Service Provider at <strong><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:developer@zentrixa.io\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"6952\" data-end=\"6973\">developer@zentrixa.io<\/a><\/strong> to manage, cancel, or request deletion of subscription-related data.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"7049\" data-end=\"7104\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"7052\" data-end=\"7104\">Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"7106\" data-end=\"7398\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected information is retained for up to <strong data-start=\"7293\" data-end=\"7306\">24 months<\/strong>, and thereafter may be stored in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics purposes only.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7400\" data-end=\"7774\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you would like the Service Provider to delete User-Provided Data that you have provided via the Application (including uploaded reference images or saved artworks), please contact them at <strong><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:developer@zentrixa.io\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"6952\" data-end=\"6973\">developer@zentrixa.io<\/a><\/strong>, and we will respond in a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some data may be required for the Application to function properly (for example saved artworks).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"7781\" data-end=\"7796\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"7784\" data-end=\"7796\">Children<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"7798\" data-end=\"8107\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of <strong data-start=\"7918\" data-end=\"7924\">13<\/strong>. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8109\" data-end=\"8297\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted immediately. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are implemented to protect information we process and maintain. Access to information is limited to authorized employees and contractors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8599\" data-end=\"8717\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
