The service is provided as an <strong data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"533\">Ad Supported service<\/strong>, and is provided \u201cAS IS\u201d. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and continued usage constitutes acceptance of any changes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"764\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Definitions<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"805\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"2550\">\n<li data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"908\">\n<p data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"908\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"820\">Account<\/strong> means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"1185\">\n<p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1185\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"924\">Affiliate<\/strong> means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where \u201ccontrol\u201d means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1275\">\n<p data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1275\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1203\">Application<\/strong> refers to <strong>Prank Call<\/strong>, the software program provided by the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1563\">\n<p data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1563\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1289\">Company<\/strong> (referred to as either \u201cthe Company\u201d, \u201cWe\u201d, \u201cUs\u201d or \u201cOur\u201d in this Agreement) refers to ZENTRIXA STUDIO TEAM, ZENTRIXA TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, Apartment SH2-05 The Matrix One, No.1 Le Quang Dao, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi \u2013 Vietnam (VN).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1598\">\n<p data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1598\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1577\">Country<\/strong> refers to: Vietnam<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1714\">\n<p data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1714\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1611\">Device<\/strong> means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1757\">\n<p data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1757\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1728\">Service<\/strong> refers to the Application.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"2113\">\n<p data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"2113\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1780\">Service Provider<\/strong> means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2365\">\n<p data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2365\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2130\">Usage Data<\/strong> refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a feature interaction, voice translation session, image translation session).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2550\">\n<p data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2550\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong data-start=\"2368\" data-end=\"2375\">You<\/strong> means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #333333;\">What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">User Provided Information<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Application may collect certain information that you voluntarily provide in order to support its core functionality. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory; however, some features may require basic input or permissions to operate properly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">User-Provided Information may include, but is not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Names, avatars, or profile details entered by the user to create fake call, fake video call, or fake message scenarios.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Text content entered by the user for fake messages or call screen simulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">User-selected call schedules, call durations, or timing preferences for simulated calls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">User interactions with prank features, including initiating fake calls, fake video calls, or fake messages.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Feedback, inquiries, or communications submitted via the Application.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Application does\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0place real phone calls, send real messages, or connect to external communication networks. All calls, video calls, and messages generated by the Application are simulated and intended for entertainment purposes only.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">User-provided information is used exclusively to operate prank simulation features, customize fake call or message screens, and personalize the in-app experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Automatically Collected Information<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Device information, such as device identifier, device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and application version.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and other SDK-generated identifiers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Mobile network type, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP address (coarse location only, for analytics purposes).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Application usage data, including session start and end times, features used (such as Fake Call, Fake Video Call, or Fake Message), frequency of usage, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The collected data is used to improve the Application, monitor performance, diagnose technical issues, provide analytics, support advertising and attribution (if applicable), and enhance overall user experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">This Application does\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0gather precise real-time GPS location information of your mobile device. Only coarse location data may be collected via IP address for analytics and service-optimization purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"5079\" data-end=\"5167\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Do third parties see and\/or have access to information obtained by the Application?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5168\" data-end=\"5444\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and related services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5446\" data-end=\"5690\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Please note that the Application integrates third-party services (translation APIs, analytics frameworks, ad networks) that have their own Privacy Policies about handling data. Below are examples of third-party services used by the Application:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5692\" data-end=\"5947\">\n<li data-start=\"5692\" data-end=\"5770\">\n<p data-start=\"5694\" data-end=\"5770\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Google Play Services \u2013 Privacy Policy: <strong><a class=\"decorated-link\" style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"5733\" data-end=\"5768\">https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5771\" data-end=\"5855\">\n<p data-start=\"5773\" data-end=\"5855\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">AdMob \u2013 Privacy and Ad Services:<strong> <a class=\"decorated-link\" style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/admob\/answer\/6128543\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"5806\" data-end=\"5853\">https:\/\/support.google.com\/admob\/answer\/6128543<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5856\" data-end=\"5947\">\n<p data-start=\"5858\" data-end=\"5947\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Firebase Analytics &amp; Crashlytics \u2013 Privacy: <strong><a class=\"decorated-link\" style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"https:\/\/firebase.google.com\/support\/privacy\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"5902\" data-end=\"5945\">https:\/\/firebase.google.com\/support\/privacy<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5949\" data-end=\"6133\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">These third-party services may collect, process or store your information independently of the Service Provider; we do not control their data practices beyond the terms of this Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"6140\" data-end=\"6212\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Disclosure of User Provided and Automatically Collected Information<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"6213\" data-end=\"6301\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6303\" data-end=\"6770\">\n<li data-start=\"6303\" data-end=\"6386\">\n<p data-start=\"6305\" data-end=\"6386\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6387\" data-end=\"6568\">\n<p data-start=\"6389\" data-end=\"6568\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6569\" data-end=\"6770\">\n<p data-start=\"6571\" data-end=\"6770\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"6772\" data-end=\"6878\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Service Provider <strong data-start=\"6793\" data-end=\"6810\">does not sell<\/strong> your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"6885\" data-end=\"6941\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Subscription, Premium Services and Offline Features<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"6942\" data-end=\"7197\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">If you subscribe to premium features within the Application (for example offline language packs, voice\/image translation premium, ad-free version), the Service Provider may collect and process additional information to manage your subscription, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"7199\" data-end=\"7540\">\n<li data-start=\"7199\" data-end=\"7349\">\n<p data-start=\"7201\" data-end=\"7349\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Payment or transaction status (processed securely by Google Play or Apple App Store; the Service Provider does not store full payment credentials)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7350\" data-end=\"7438\">\n<p data-start=\"7352\" data-end=\"7438\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Subscription start, renewal and expiration dates, usage history of premium features.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7439\" data-end=\"7540\">\n<p data-start=\"7441\" data-end=\"7540\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Offline usage logs (e.g., language packs downloaded) for service quality and license enforcement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"7542\" data-end=\"7838\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">All subscription-related data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services, ensure compliance with store policies, and fulfill legal obligations. You may contact the Service Provider at <strong data-start=\"7745\" data-end=\"7770\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"mailto:developer@zentrixa.io\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"7747\" data-end=\"7768\">developer@zentrixa.io<\/a><\/strong> to manage, cancel or request deletion of subscription-related data.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"7845\" data-end=\"7898\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"7899\" data-end=\"8187\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected information is retained for up to 24 months, and thereafter may be stored in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics purposes only.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8189\" data-end=\"8638\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">If you would like the Service Provider to delete User-Provided Data that you have provided via the Application (including text\/voice\/image submissions for translation), please contact them at <strong data-start=\"8381\" data-end=\"8406\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"mailto:developer@zentrixa.io\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"8383\" data-end=\"8404\">developer@zentrixa.io<\/a><\/strong>, and we will respond in a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some or all of the User-Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly (for example translation history or downloaded offline packs).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"8645\" data-end=\"8658\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Children<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"8659\" data-end=\"8964\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8966\" data-end=\"9364\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this information from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at <strong data-start=\"9296\" data-end=\"9321\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"mailto:developer@zentrixa.io\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"9298\" data-end=\"9319\">developer@zentrixa.io<\/a><\/strong> so that we can take the necessary actions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"9371\" data-end=\"9384\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Security<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"9385\" data-end=\"9762\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Application.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9764\" data-end=\"10018\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, <strong data-start=\"9884\" data-end=\"9951\">no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.<\/strong> Transmission of information over the internet is at your own risk.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"10025\" data-end=\"10037\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Changes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"10038\" data-end=\"10394\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy and the revised \u201cLast updated\u201d date.
